I. Susanne Towill called to order the Foxwood Board Section of the Annual Meeting at 8:20 on November 8, 2021. This was an online WebEx meeting.

• The following board members were present: Susanne Towill (President), Linda Audino (Secretary), Jess Anderson (Welcome), Willie Blackburn (Treasurer), Weston Gramer (Director), Eydie Leighty (MyHOA-online).
• Absent – Pat Rowe (Safety), George Barnes (ACC), Scott Johnson (Director)

• A motion was made by Willie to ratify the minutes for September 9, 2021. Jess seconded the motion, and no one was opposed.

III. New Business

• We discussed job descriptions of board officers.  Pat is off the board. Jess will continue as Welcome, Willie will continue as Treasurer, and Weston will continue as Director-at-large. We will need someone to serve as Secretary.
  Susie will stay on as President until a replacement is found. The President and Secretary cannot be the same person. The Secretary and Treasurer can be dual positions.
• The November 11th board meeting will be canceled. The next meeting is December 9, 2021.

IV. Susie adjourned the meeting at 8:45.
