Special Meeting Minutes
November 25, 2020
Call to Order and Roll Call
Susanne Towill called to order a special meeting of the Foxwood HOA Board Meeting at 7:10 PM on November 25, 2020. This was an online Webex meeting.
The following board members were present: Susanne Towill (President), Kevin Proett (Vice-President), Linda Audino (Secretary), Jess Anderson (Welcome), George Barnes (ACC), Scott Johnson (Director), Pat Rowe (Safety), Willie Blackburn (Treasurer), Weston Gramer (Director), Eydie and Michael Leighty (MyHOA-online).
Old Business
- Issue # 6035 - A discussion was held to decide if we should clean up a yard using legal means. Willie made a motion to do a cleanup of the front, back, and side yard and any necessary exterior cleanup. This would be done prior to a sheriff's sale. The motion was seconded by Scott, and was unanimously approved by the board.
- Fence on 256th - Our contractor, Estate Fencing, informed us 1x6 clear grade cedar boards are unavailable. He can substitute available 1x4 clear grade cedar boards. There would be no change in price. Some owners on 256th have 1x4 boards on their fences. We discussed waiting until 1x6 boards were available, but there was concern about the fence needing possible repairs due to winter weather. Pat made a motion that the board will approve changes in board design on the new fence from 1x6 boards to 1x4 boards of clear grade cedar, as long as work starts by the first week in January 2021. The motion was seconded by Kevin, and was unanimously approved by the board.

The next board meeting will be Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 7:00 PM on Webex.
