Belmont Woods Board of Directors Meeting

Called to Order at 7pm

Directors In Attendance: David Bocock, Abby Hernandez, Brittany McLean

Minutes not availbale to ratify, will do at next meeting along with between meeting notes from 12/9 to 1/12

Issues Manager Discussion- Question raised if all current directors are able to log in to the issues manager and if emails are getting lost and/or marked as spam. Follow up needed

Discussion of current landscaping bids for installation of new controllers (Issue 13793) - Question raised about AT&T Contract and if it will be an annual service fee. If it is a service fee,  the board would like to make sure that the at&t contract is with Belmont Woods HOA for continuity of service in the future. 

Irrigation repairs (Issue 13794) Directors in attendance vote unanimously to approve the bid. (will record on issues manager)

Open director position and new homeowner interested in joining the board. Will invite interested parties to the next board meeting.  

Next BOD meeting- 2/9 at 7pm pending availability of Directors and Management
