-no votes taken outside of meetings from 11/9-1/12

-many issues have been cleared from the list of open issues

-will start sending out yard notices once April hits

-waiting till February to send out notices/late fees on dues

-looking into scheduling maintenance issues early this year before transferring excess money into reserves from the operating budget

-Christmas light is a 3-way tie

-dog on leash signs assigned to ACC
